Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for an IT System Engineer who will be responsible for the following:
- Own business needs analysis, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare clear, implementable Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Design and oversee end-to-end system solutions, including technical integration readiness.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manage testing scenarios/UAT, and validate system quality before deployment.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis proactively.
- Ensure system performance, stability, and security through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate technical, project, and operational documentation.
- Manage priorities effectively while aligning business needs, timelines, and technical implementation.
For this position, we will need someone who:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or QA engineering.
- Proficient in .NET (C#, .NET Core), TypeScript, and modern application development technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server/PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data analysis.
- Familiar with system architecture (monolith/microservices) and system integration (API, messaging).
- Experienced in preparing SRS/FSD documents and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiar with SIT/UAT testing processes and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall & Agile/Scrum).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with strong ownership.
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
