Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, QA Engineers, and Infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Support system integration initiatives between internal and third-party applications.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations based on business requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployment activities.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Ensure delivered solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
  • Work in Agile or Waterfall project environments depending on project needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Familiar with story point Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration (REST/JSON)
