Qualifications

• Strong Systems Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Robust Analytical Skills for diagnosing complex issues, interpreting data, and making informed recommendations.
• Hands-on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving system, application, and infrastructure problems.
• Broad understanding of Information Technology fundamentals, including networks, security, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in ICT solution implementation or system integration projects, ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and basic project coordination practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in creating system specifications and user guides.
• Professional certifications in relevant ICT areas (e.g., network, security, project management) are an advantage.
