Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with software developers, AI/ML engineers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements using AI technologies.
  • Support the integration of AI models, APIs, and automation solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in data-driven or AI-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle: data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Familiar with LLMs (Large Language Models), Generative AI, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
  • Hands-on experience or solid understanding of AI frameworks/tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.
  • Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and data management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Preferable:
  • Experience in developing or managing AI-driven applications or intelligent chatbots.
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI Model Evaluation.
