Job Description

Retrieve and manage data queries based on requests from users and the development team
Perform performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
Handle change requests and implement enhancements for existing and new features
Support system configuration for new partnerships and integrations
Collaborate and conduct brainstorming sessions with the development team
Monitor application deployments to ensure smooth releases
Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing APIs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of experience as System Analyst or Technical Analyst
Strong knowledge of databases and query languages, including PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views), MySQL
Experience using Postman for API testing
Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in Banking Industry
