About the role

What you will do and have done:

You will be responsible for end user support in the region, facilitated through our ITSM tool and SaaS solutions listed below. You can take simple user requests and translate them into higher level solutions, resolving issues systematically using the available tools. You will collaborate with a global team to implement solutions and standardize infrastructure and business processes.

  • Demonstrable experience with the usage, configuration and troubleshooting of:
  • Entra ID
  • Manage users, groups, devices hybrid identities, service principles, privilege, and conditional access.
  • Intune
  • Zero Touch, App deployment, configuration profiles and device management
  • SharePoint
  • Manage sites, permissions, and data migrations.
  • Exchange
  • Configure mailboxes, resources, groups. Understand mail flow.
  • Teams
  • Manage Teams and permissions.
  • Azure
  • Familiarity with Universal Print
  • Windows Server
  • A familiarity with on-premises server infrastructure will be advantageous.
  • Collaborate with System Engineers on infrastructure topics.
  • Networking
  • Basic networking knowledge is advantages.
  • Collaborate with Network engineers on local topics.
  • Deploy and manage workplace devices for users.
  • Diagnose and maintain Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of ITSM concepts or specifically the ITIL 4 framework (ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferable) including request and incident handling, process optimization, asset management and knowledge management.
  • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11. Deploy and Maintain systems and diagnose user issues.
  • Ensure company policies and standards are adhered to, and that our standardization efforts are achieved.
  • Occasional Travel within the APAC region.
  • Maintain accurate user information in core systems.
  • Maintain other solutions such as video conferencing equipment.
  • Work with the security team to address vulnerabilities in your immediate environment.

About you

You're an experienced IT generalist with at least five years of professional experience in a corporate setting. You're passionate about staying ahead of the curve, ready to evolve your skills and specialize in areas that will shape the future of IT in 2025 and beyond. On your first day with the Modern Workplace team, you'll immediately contribute to end-user computing, assist with limited system administration (supported by the broader team), and get involved in networking activities. As the go-to IT resource for a medium-sized office, you'll operate across both first- and second-line support.
