Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or network maintenance
Strong knowledge of networking systems (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
Proficient in MikroTik (RouterOS, WinBox/CLI)
Familiar with UniFi networking products, including access points and switches
Solid understanding of operating systems, including Windows, Ubuntu (Linux), and macOS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Troubleshoot networking, hardware, and software IT issues via phone calls or direct on-site support
Perform maintenance and configuration on MikroTik devices and UniFi switches
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and various loT devices
Handle user complaints and inquiries via chat or phone calls as needed
