Fast8 Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Productivity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of all IT assets, support employee technical needs, and improve productivity through technology-driven solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, optimizing workflows, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and update the company's inventory of hardware and software assets, including labeling, tracking, and documentation.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of IT devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide daily technical support to employees for devices, applications, account access, and operational issues.
- Maintain security standards on all devices, including antivirus, data encryption, company accounts, and compliance with internal security policies.
- Analyze workflow, identify bottlenecks, and propose technology-based improvements to enhance productivity.
- Install system updates, software patches, and ensure all used software has valid and active licenses.
- Handle the integration of Gadjian attendance system with supported fingerprint devices for real-time and accurate attendance data.
- Conduct physical audits of IT assets and report missing, damaged, or outdated devices.
- Prepare reports on asset inventory, utilization, and recommendations for procurement, redistribution, or decommissioning.
- Conduct training sessions for employees regarding new tools, devices, and best practices in technology usage.
- Support project-based initiatives such as implementing an Asset Management System with the PDO team and improving IT lifecycle procedures.
- Ensure secure data wiping and proper recycling/disposal of obsolete or retired devices.
- Design, test, and implement new operational processes to increase efficiency across departments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to support their technology needs and ensure smooth process adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 12 years of experience in IT Support or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
- Analytical thinker with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate documentation.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with asset management systems or fingerprint device integration.
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow automation, or IT project implementation.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity or system administration.
