Key Responsibilities :
1. End-User Support
- Troubleshooting: Resolve daily hardware and software issues for office and outlet staff through JIRA ticketing system.
- Onboarding: Configure and set up laptops/desktops (OS and software installation) for new employees.
- Offboarding: Perform secure data wiping and device resetting for departing employees to ensure safe reallocation of IT assets.
- Documentation: Develop simple technical guides (user manuals) for outlet staff regarding basic IT equipment usage.
2. Infrastructure & Field Support (Outlets)
- Outlet Setup: Execute end-to-end technical setup for new or renovated outlets, including installation and configuration of network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) and POS systems (terminals, printers, scanners).
- CCTV Support: Assist in the physical installation and configuration of CCTV infrastructure at outlets and Head Office.
- Outlet Closure: Systematically dismantle and safely pack all IT equipment during outlet closures to ensure proper asset recovery without damage.
- Head Office Support: Maintain IT infrastructure at Head Office, including printer setup, meeting room configuration (AV/Zoom), and server rack organization.
- Business Travel: Travel to various outlet locations across Indonesia to provide on-site technical support.
3. Network & Connectivity
- Cabling: Perform physical cabling tasks, including RJ45 crimping, cable management, and structured cabling.
- Hardware Configuration: Conduct basic setup and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or external vendors for connectivity issues or hardware support when necessary.
4. POS & Digital Signage Maintenance
- POS Administration Support: Regularly update POS backend systems, including voucher and user management.
- Digital Signage Management: Manage and update digital signage content across all outlets in alignment with marketing directives.
- System Maintenance: Ensure all display terminals and digital boards are running the latest software versions and remain synchronized with Head Office systems.
5. IT Administration & Asset Management
- Goods Receiving: Receive and verify new IT purchases against invoices and inspect physical condition.
- Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate IT asset records, ensuring all devices are properly labeled (asset tags) and location data is up to date.
- Stocktake: Conduct monthly physical inventory checks to ensure 100% accuracy of spare parts and hardware stock.
6. Additional Support
- Assist IT Supervisor/Manager with various IT-related tasks, research, or special projects as required.
Qualifications :
- Education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, PC hardware assembly, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and cabling.
- Documentation Skills: High attention to detail in maintaining and updating JIRA tickets and Excel records.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift hardware (up to 20 kg), climb ladders, and work in outlet construction environments.
- License & Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C and/or SIM A).
- Must own a personal vehicle for mobility between locations.
- Willing to travel for business trips to provide on-site support across various locations.
