Job Description

  • Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for users
  • Handle and resolve IT support tickets based on SLA
  • Perform basic hardware and software maintenance
  • Support internal systems and CRM-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the relevant team
  • Ensure user issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain simple documentation for issues and resolutions

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Previous experience as IT Support is a plus (min 1 year)
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team
  • Willing to provide onsite/user support when needed
