Job Description
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for users
- Handle and resolve IT support tickets based on SLA
- Perform basic hardware and software maintenance
- Support internal systems and CRM-related issues
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the relevant team
- Ensure user issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Maintain simple documentation for issues and resolutions
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Previous experience as IT Support is a plus (min 1 year)
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting
- Familiar with ticketing systems and CRM platforms
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team
- Willing to provide onsite/user support when needed
