As a IT Support Internship, You Will
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide technical support to users regarding hardware and software issues
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network problems
- Perform system, application, and software installation, updates, and maintenance
- Support IT asset inventory management and tracking
- Document technical issues and their resolutions
Requirements
- Active university student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess good communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
