IT Support Intern

About the role:

We're looking for an IT Support Intern to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll assist the IT team with various administrative and technical support tasks — from managing documents and IT assets, to troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting onboarding sessions. It's a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn more about IT operations in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

What you'll do:

• Handle document tasks (Print, FU BoD, and User, Scan, send document)
• Print & filling Agreement sheets (Draft Agreement & Addendum, submit hellosign)
• Supply check and Stock Opname IT Assets
• Coordinate with vendors for related IT & GA Services
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support via omnichannel and ticket
• Assist in New onboarding session
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist or responsible for related IT Projects

What you'll need:

• Final year students in IT or any field, fresh graduates are welcome
• Having an experience in IT support is a plus
• Minimal Passive in English communication.
• Familiar with computer devices & printer
• Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
• Willing to work in the office (preferably looking who live in Jakarta or Depok) during regular office hours.
• Available to join immediately
