Job Description

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting skills of OS, software, Hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Networking installation skills (crimping & cabling) and computer installation skills
  • Able to assemble/disassemble personal computers & notebooks
  • Basic networking skills
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Adept in English (written and verbal)
  • Able to operate Ms. Office

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of IT tickets regarding personal computers/notebooks, OS, work-related softwares, computer peripherals, etc
  • Basic networking for wired and wireless networks (IP, unidentified network, unplugged, LAN tester, etc)
  • Handling for installation of OS using image and/or manual method
  • Updating the OS, antivirus, and other essential software in the office's computers
