  • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices, and printers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, and maintain/update technical support documentation
  • Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors
  • Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting, system monitoring, and reporting
  • Assist in maintaining accurate IT support logs, reports, and documentation
  • Support the team in identifying repetitive operational tasks and improving efficiency in daily support activities
  • Assist in streamlining IT support workflows and internal processes

Requirements

  • Fluent in English is a must
  • A recent fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (no pending classes preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Comfortable working with structured data such as spreadsheets, logs, and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interested in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
  • Willing to fully WFO from Jakarta Office
  • Available for a 6 months internship period
