Your mission:

Troubleshoot & maintain desktop computers

Provide help desk support to our team

Prepare tech setups for various event formats

Respond quickly to IT issues on-site

You are:

Skilled in technical support & troubleshooting

Experienced with desktop computers & IT environments

Familiar with help desk tools & workflows

A problem solver with excellent communication skills

Preferably certified in IT support

Able to stay focused under event pressure
