As An IT Support, You Will
- Provision, modify, and revoke user access for internal systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions based on access policies
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT access perspective
- Manage software licenses and access entitlements
- Handle incoming IT support tickets and requests
- Ensure access follows security and compliance standards (least privilege)
- Maintain documentation for access procedures and system usage
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for access-related issues
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support or IT Operations, especially access or account management
- Good understanding of user access control and identity management
- Familiarity with common tools such as Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and Device Management (MDM)
- Understanding of basic IT security principles
- Comfortable handling support tickets and user requests
- Good communication and documentation skills
