As An IT Support, You Will

  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access for internal systems and applications
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions based on access policies
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT access perspective
  • Manage software licenses and access entitlements
  • Handle incoming IT support tickets and requests
  • Ensure access follows security and compliance standards (least privilege)
  • Maintain documentation for access procedures and system usage
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for access-related issues

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Support or IT Operations, especially access or account management
  • Good understanding of user access control and identity management
  • Familiarity with common tools such as Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 and Device Management (MDM)
  • Understanding of basic IT security principles
  • Comfortable handling support tickets and user requests
  • Good communication and documentation skills
