Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process PR/GR, vendor and MMCode registration via Odoo.
  • Manage user accounts (POS Fresto & CCTV), including password updates.
  • Coordinate internet setup/disconnection and follow up on ISP issues.
  • Prepare administrative documents (BAST, SPK, memos, asset disposal).
  • Maintain and update IT asset records across locations.
  • Handle IT asset receipt, categorization, and stock checks in Warehouse.
  • Process asset transfers and documentation in Odoo.
  • Coordinate IT equipment delivery/relocation with outlets, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Liaise with procurement to resolve vendor-handled IT issues per SLA.

Requirements

  • High school (SMA/SMK) or Diploma graduate
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with hardware such as routers, switches, printers, CCTV, and POS devices
  • Able to prepare structured documents (e.g., BAST, SPK, memos, disposal forms)
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Startups or companies in a fast-paced environment, ideally in F&B or retail sectors
  • Willing to work 1 day WFO at Head Office and 4 days WFO at Daan Mogot Warehouse
