IT Specialist

Role & Responsibility:

• Installation, maintenance, functional testing, training, and troubleshooting of the Laboratory Information System
• Assist Sales & Marketing in digging customer's needs, analyzing them, proposing and presenting IT systems/modules
• Training program implementation and ensure complete documentation in CRM

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of electronic engineering / information technology / computer science from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates with experience as a back-end developer or in IT infrastructure are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in AI engineering is a plus point
• Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Good command in English and computer literate is a must
• Willing to work in diagnostics or the healthcare industry
• Willing to travel and have a valid driving license (SIM A)
