IT Specialist (Remote)

OnSolve is an Australian-based BPO and technology support company providing digital and operational solutions to businesses across industries including healthcare and professional services.

We are looking for a reliable IT Specialist to support our infrastructure, websites, and digital platforms while working remotely with our international team aligned to Melbourne business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage email servers, hosting environments, and virtual servers
• Maintain VoIP and PBX systems
• Support WordPress websites and web-based applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure strong security practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support internal digital tools (e.g. Notion)

Required Skills

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or web development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and hosting environments
• Experience with servers, email systems, VoIP or PBX platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, and system troubleshooting

Bonus: PHP, JavaScript, React/Angular, mobile development, DevOps knowledge.

Work Schedule

Monday Friday

6:00 AM 3:00 PM (Indonesian Time)

Saturday: 6:00 AM 10:00 AM
