What You Will Experience:
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications supporting manufacturing and business operations.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP solutions, including functional analysis and coordination with ABAP developments.
- Support, maintain, and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure reliable plant operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Integrate SAP, MES, and other manufacturing applications with operational systems.
- Participate in IT implementation, system enhancement, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and business users to deliver innovative technology solutions.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Programmer, IT Specialist, Systems Developer, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience with SAP, including functional knowledge and understanding of ABAP.
- Mandatory experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Strong programming and system development skills.
- Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling IT implementation or system enhancement projects.
- Exposure to manufacturing IT, Operational Technology (OT), automation, or AI initiatives is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Serang, Banten.
