What You Will Experience:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize IT systems in manufacturing/plant environments.
- Support and troubleshoot SAP systems, including functional understanding and coordination related to ABAP.
- Handle and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between IT systems and operational processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Support IT project implementation, enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understand and support OT (Operational Technology) environments and integration with manufacturing systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization, including AI / digitalization initiatives.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Specialist / Manufacturing IT / Industrial IT / Plant IT roles.
- Mandatory experience in SAP with ABAP / functional understanding.
- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing Systems / MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in IT project handling / system implementation.
- Good understanding of Operational Technology (OT) within manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Serang, Banten.
