Job Description

We are looking for an IT Solution Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our technology solutions to corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, experience handling B2B clients, and a good understanding of IT solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud, API integration, and digital platforms. This role focuses on identifying client needs, proposing suitable solutions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The role is focused (but not limited) on selling these company capabilities:

E-Learning Platform, Cybersecurity Services, API Services (Integration solutions for business systems and digital services), Data Management Solutions, Huawei Cloud services, Data services and business solutions, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and approach corporate clients to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Present and position the company's technology solutions based on client business needs.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations by explaining solution benefits, use cases, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals and solution recommendations.
  • Handle lead qualification, negotiation, follow-up, and deal closing.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams when deeper technical discussions are required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (IT-related degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, Solution Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience selling B2B technology solutions to corporate clients.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity, API integration, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling cybersecurity services or IT solutions.
  • Existing network of corporate clients.
  • Experience working in a System Integrator (SI), software house, cloud provider, or technology company.
