Resolving network, server, and hardware issues quickly and effectively.
Implement and ensure compliance with network and system security standards in accordance with company policies.
Perform routine maintenance on computers, servers, printers, and other network devices.
Monitor and maintain operational support systems such as CCTV, EAC, Check Roll, IDS, and other related systems.
IT Software
Perform reporting, maintenance, and error correction on running systems.
Implement, optimize, and provide training on the company's factory operational systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), SERP, SJS, and other supporting systems, to ensure operational effectiveness and smooth operations.
Integrate data between internal systems and third-party systems (production systems).
Provide technical support (troubleshooting) to users in handling errors and application usage issues.
Create technical documentation related to system maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum education requirement: an Associate's degree (D3) or a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in computer networking and hardware.
Understand the concepts and implementation of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, including PCs, servers, printers, and networking devices such as routers, switches, and other supporting equipment.
Mastery of programming languages (such as C#, Java, or PHP)
Proficiency in using SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
Experienced in the maintenance and monitoring of supporting hardware devices, such as CCTV, EAC (Electronic Access Control), Check Roll, IDS, and other related devices.
