Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform reporting, maintenance, and error correction on running systems.
  • Integrate data between internal systems and third-party systems (production systems).
  • Perform CRUD (create, read, update, delete) on the company's database system.
  • Provide technical support (troubleshooting) to users in handling errors and application usage issues.
  • Create technical documentation related to system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Mastery of programming languages (such as C#, Java, or PHP)
  • Proficiency in using SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
