About the Role
As an IT Functional SAP (CO/WM/SD), you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the SAP module to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, implement system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP processes in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP CO/WM/SD) solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform testing (SIT/UAT).
- Support SAP implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training.
- Monitor system performance, including OS, disk, and backup processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO/WM/SD.
- Good knowledge of SAP functional concepts, implementation, and module integration.
- Able to monitor operating system, disk, and backup performance.
- SAP Certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site at the Head Office in Cibitung, Bekasi.
