Overview
As a Sales, you will be responsible for directly selling IT products and services to clients. Your primary goal is to generate revenue by closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will work with both new and existing customers to ensure they receive the best IT solutions based on their needs.
Job Description:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers.
- Conduct direct sales of IT products, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Stay informed about the latest IT industry trends and competitors offerings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Have 1-3 years of working experience as IT sales or related field
- Own private vehicle and willing to travel for client meetings
- Good command of English language
- Experienced and success track record in sales, presentation and negotiation and a good listener
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
