Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales documents (proposals, PO, contracts, invoices, BAST).
  • Monitor sales orders from deal closing through delivery or implementation.
  • Maintain accurate customer, contract, and sales databases.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (pipeline, revenue, forecast).
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-up with Finance
  • Assist with tender, RFP/RFQ, and e-procurement administration when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper filing of all sales documents.
  • Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, IT, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Admin / Sales Operations / Sales Support (IT industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of IT sales processes and project-based documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • English reading and writing skills required.
  • Experience in B2B IT solutions, system integrator, or banking projects.
  • Familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of tender or e-procurement processes.
