We invite all highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Financial Risk Management team, where you will deliver solution in the area of credit risk, market risk, liquidity and operation risk.
KPMG's Financial Risk Management helps to identify, provide advice and guidance on how to manage risks inherent in financial business processes and its impacted business strategy. We work closely with regulators and keep up with market practice as well as offering forward thinking technology-based solution that will support Client's business objectives.
What you will do
- 5-8 years experience in insurance industry (general insurance, life insurance, reinsurance), especially in functions: Core Insurance/Reinsurance system, Business Operations, IT Business Analyst, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Information System, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistic or equivalent with minimum 3.00 (out of 4.00) degree.
- Possess understanding in end-to-end insurance operation process and insurance system implementation/enhancement such as: Policy Administration System, Claims Management System, Underwriting System, Billing & Collection
- Has experience in: requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post go-live support, PMO, IT vendor interaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Has technical skill in several programming languages, like: Java, PHP, ASP. Net, VB macro in Excel
- Have knowledge on insurance sector is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with technical and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
