IT Regulatory Reporting Specialist
The IT Regulatory Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems related to Regulatory Reporting across multiple business units. This role ensures that system development aligns with regulatory requirements, supports accurate reporting, and operates efficiently within established service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT systems development, application support, or regulatory reporting systems, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting processes in financial institutions.
- Experience in system development lifecycle (SDLC), ETL Tools, testing processes (SIT/UAT), and production support (Mandatory)
- Familiarity with IT governance, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform impact analysis and problem diagnosis for system changes.
- Experience supporting financial or regulatory reporting systems is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of database concepts, system integration, and application architecture.
