- Perform manual testing activities to ensure applications and systems meet business and functional requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support test execution activities and ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input from a quality assurance perspective.
- Prepare testing documentation, test evidence, and quality certification reports.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of testing documents and related artifacts.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to investigate and resolve identified issues.
- Support automation testing initiatives and contribute to test automation development where applicable.
- Assist in audit findings follow-up activities and ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Apply IT Governance, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within QA processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance are preferred.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical testing capabilities.
