Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing activities to ensure applications and systems meet business and functional requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support test execution activities and ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input from a quality assurance perspective.
Prepare testing documentation, test evidence, and quality certification reports.
Maintain proper storage and organization of testing documents and related artifacts.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to investigate and resolve identified issues.
Support automation testing initiatives and contribute to test automation development where applicable.
Assist in audit findings follow-up activities and ensure continuous compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Apply IT Governance, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements within QA processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing practices.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance are preferred.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical testing capabilities.
