Provide regular reporting to the Quality Assurance Leader regarding testing processes and results.
Develop testing plans, strategies, and scenarios aligned with business and operational requirements.
Execute manual and/or automated testing based on predefined plans and scenarios.
Prepare documentation, conduct certification, and review all test execution results.
Store all testing documents and certifications in the designated repository/folder.
Review and analyze test outcomes to ensure application quality meets established standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with agreed testing timelines.
Follow up on audit or internal review findings consistently and continuously.
Apply IT risk management, IT governance principles, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA/Tester in the lending/credit domain, with strong understanding of end‑to‑end credit processes.
Proficient in JIRA, TestRail, DBeaver, MySQL, SQL Server, and Postman, with experience testing desktop, mobile, and API applications.
Strong capability in journal testing and reconciliation related to Lending projects.
Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium/Appium) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, good communication, and high adaptability.
Able to create detailed test plans and scenarios, and perform testing with high attention to detail and critical execution.
Possesses strong ownership, result‑oriented mindset, and the ability to manage small to medium‑sized teams.
Experienced working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Able to identify IT risks and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
A team player with strong passion and foundation in information technology.
