IT Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description The IT Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and performance. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical requirements, creating test documentation, performing functional and non-functional testing, identifying defects, and coordinating with development and operations teams to resolve issues. The IT Quality Assurance Engineer will also monitor system reliability, support root cause analysis for incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and quality processes. Collaboration with technical support, networking, and security teams is expected to ensure consistent quality across the IT environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, with understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve system defects and incidents.
• Knowledge of Networking and Network Security to validate secure, stable, and efficient connectivity in test and production environments.
• Experience with software and system testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, and integration testing).
• Ability to create clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports, and to use common QA and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities when working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in QA or IT operations in a digital transformation or enterprise environment is an advantage.
