- Provide first-level and second-level IT operational support for end users.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing.
- Manage IT incidents, service requests, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Perform routine maintenance, system patching, upgrades, and preventive health checks.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance.
- Develop digital forms, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure and digitalization projects.
- Prepare project documentation, implementation plans, and progress reports.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Holding a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT operation & infrastructure
- Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments is preferred
- Experience participating in or leading IT infrastructure & digital project from planning to implementation
- Experience replacing manual business processes with digital solutions
- Familiar with workflow automation and process improvement.
