Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Project Manager will oversee and drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery of goals and deliverables. Daily tasks will include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and addressing challenges to ensure the success of each project. The role requires a strong ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality control throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, with an ability to oversee diverse projects and manage tight deadlines (min 2 years of experience in Project management)
• Experience in Expediting and managing Expeditors to ensure operational tasks remain on schedule.
• Knowledge in Inspection processes and best practices related to project deliverables and standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to ensure the efficient movement and delivery of goods and resources.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar project management role or industry is an asset.
