We're looking for a senior, hands-on infrastructure leader who isn't afraid to get into the weeds — someone who can drive project delivery, lead a small engineering team, and still roll up their sleeves when production needs it.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (DC, network, compute, storage, hybrid cloud)
- Lead & develop a team of up to 6 Infrastructure Engineers
- Ensure high availability and security of production systems; own P1/P2 escalations
- Drive ITSM governance, patch/capacity management, and OJK/BI compliance
- Report infrastructure health and project status to the Infra & Ops Head
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in IT infrastructure, with 4+ years leading teams or projects
- Hands-on depth across compute, network, storage & security in banking/FSI
- Solid grasp of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK, BI) and ITIL practices
- PMP / PRINCE2 and infrastructure certs (CCNP, VCP, AWS/Azure) are a plus
