Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system integration initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation where necessary.
- Ensure all projects comply with IT standards, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational policies.
- Drive change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support IT due diligence activities during mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion projects.
- Lead post-merger IT integration programs, including infrastructure, applications, networks, identity management, and security alignment.
- Develop and execute IT integration roadmaps, implementation plans, and transition strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders, regional IT teams, architects, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs and contractual commitments.
- Prepare and present project status updates, risk assessments, and executive reports to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing IT infrastructure and integration projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects from initiation through implementation.
- Experience supporting IT due diligence and post-merger integration activities within M&A environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud technologies, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with IT migration and integration projects involving email, identity management, applications, and data.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS cloud environments.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and system integration methodologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices, including ISO 27001.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in regional or multi-country environments is preferred.
- PMP, ITIL Foundation, Cloud, or Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
