Job Description
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and execution through to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure proper project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing complex technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial-related projects is a strong plus, particularly in Financial Accounting, MSA (Management System Accounting), or finance/accounting systems.
