Status: 4 months contract (extendable)

Placement: Banking Industry (WFO, South Jakarta)

Salary: 15 - 18 mio gross

Benefit: Laptop provided, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Compensation UUCK 100%, THR Prorate

Job Descriptions

Act as overall PM ensuring continuity of delivery
Oversee and coordinate workstreams especially related to IT and Operations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; drive timely resolution across stakeholders
Facilitate communication between internal teams, regional/HO, and external parties where relevant
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and reporting in line with project and bank standards

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong exposure to IT and Operations domains, including system implementation or process transformation
Proven experience in cross-functional coordination (IT, Ops, Compliance, Business)
Experience in integration projects (e.g., merger, system migration, or process alignment) is a strong advantage
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
