Experience- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience handling Consumer/Retail Banking Systems (CRM, mobile banking, lending/credit, digital operations).
- Strong experience leading projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing infrastructure projects, technology refresh, or end-of-support initiatives (preferred).
- Familiar with leading projects involving multiple system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Experience working on cross-department projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile Scrum Master (a plus, not mandatory).
Soft Skills- Strong communication skills; assertive and able to explain technical topics in a simple, clear manner.
- Strong in risk analysis, problem-solving, and prioritization.
- Structured communication and good meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project streams simultaneously.
