IT Project Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
• Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage testing processes including functional testing and UAT.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues in line with PMO standards.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and project coordination.
• Good understanding of IT systems or digital platforms (gaming or payment industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
