IT Project Leader (Project Based)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Min 4 years of experience in project leadership or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
• Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project
• Willing to work full-time in the office

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities, scope, and timeline.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
• Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and agreed standards.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Must have Prince2 or PMBOOK certificate.
