About the Job
Job Description:
- Develop new products in their area that are aligned with business objectives
- Together with the Product Manager to design a system that prioritizes patient safety to maintain hospital accountability to patients, prevent action errors and unwanted events to increase the patient experience through digital transforming
- Together with the Product Manager to lead and develop a dedicated team to translate the product vision and strategy to the product roadmap
- Ensure overall product development processes are met within timeline
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to set and achieve the mid term and long-term objectives
- Data oriented – demonstrated an ability to balance between quantitative and qualitative data to optimize client experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across multiple departments
- Proficiency in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
- Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and objectives effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of platform development and integration.
- Fluent in written and verbal (English)
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Karawaci
