At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to define, govern, and evolve Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities. This role will lead product strategy, solution governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with Operations, IT, customers, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative warehouse solutions.

Your Impact as IT Product Manager

Product Implementation Roadmap

• Maintain the WMS product vision and roadmap.
• Align product strategy with DHL Supply Chain business objectives.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, customer requirements, and operational impact.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives involving WMS, automation, analytics, mobility, and cloud technologies.
• Establish product governance and technology standards.
  
  

Business & Operational Excellence

• Partner with Operations teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Lead business process reviews and warehouse transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable TO-BE warehouse processes.
• Ensure standardization and adoption of best practices across sites.
• Balance operational requirements with technology capabilities and long-term maintainability.
  
  

Solution Architecture & Design

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Review and approve solution blueprints, functional specifications, and integration designs.
• Evaluate Configure vs Customize vs Build decisions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Support large-scale WMS implementations and strategic customer onboarding projects.
  
  

What We're Looking For


Education


Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience


Proven experience in WMS, supply chain solutions, product management, or solution delivery.

Experience leading system implementations and transformation projects.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in logistics and warehousing environments.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM or similar).

Understanding of ERP integration, API & Middleware, SQL and database concepts.

Familiarity with Power BI, Azure/Cloud Architecture, and Automation Technologies.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead workshops, solution discussions, and product roadmap initiatives.

Knowledge of programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, PHP) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is an advantage.
