Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Management, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to understanding business problems
• Good understanding of business processes, system workflows, and requirements analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable system/product requirements
• Comfortable working with data to support analysis and decision-making
• Good SQL skills and comfortable using queries to explore, validate, and analyze data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across multiple teams
