Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes for IT and services.
Collaborate with IT, Business Units, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Risk Management, and Operations throughout the procurement process.
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and emerging market trends.
Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to achieve the best value for the Bank.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate vendor contract renewals and ensure timely reviews before contract expiry.
Collaborate with Finance to support cost optimization, budgeting alignment, and procurement governance.
Provide procurement recommendations and sourcing solutions to internal stakeholders.
Manage procurement documentation, vendor records, and contract administration.
Maintain complete procurement documentation to support audit and regulatory reviews.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
Promote ethical procurement practices and prevent conflicts of interest
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or vendor management, preferably involving IT products and professional services.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in managing vendor relationships, procurement documentation, and contract administration.
Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage
