Job Description

Job description for IT Vendor Management will be, but not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services, including needs identification, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
  • Handle procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and services based on organizational needs.
  • Monitor IT vendor performance, including performance evaluations, contract reviews, and the development of long-term working relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess at least Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 12 years of experience in IT procurement or a related procurement field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support procurement activities.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
