Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Detailed knowledge of core banking systems and integrations

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Min 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in banking, experience of leading large-scale core banking system implementations is preferred.

Expertise in project governance frameworks, resource mobilization, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of core banking architecture and surrounding systems integration, particularly Temenos Transact.

Solid experience managing regulatory compliance in Indonesia, including BI and OJK regulations.

Proven track record in risk management, with the ability to identify risks, assess impact, and drive mitigation strategies.

Vendor coordination experience, including negotiating contracts and managing third-party service providers.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Strong leadership skills to guide teams and make decisive, strategic decisions.

Experience working on both cloud-based and on-premise core banking implementations.

Previous experience in vendor management and handling multiple third-party service providers simultaneously.

Experience managing multi-national teams and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
