Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring & Control (Progress)

> Ensure project status data is accurate, well-visualized, and ready for reporting

> Review and validate updates from Junior PMO to ensure completeness and compliance with PMO standards

> Analyze project reports (timeline, risks & issues, overall project health)

> Identify potential project risks and issues

  • Project Monitoring & Control (Documentation)

> Ensure all projects comply with PMO documentation standards

> Review consolidated documentation reports from Junior PMO

> Monitor document timelines and analyze delays

> Conduct periodic checks on document repositories (structure, naming, numbering)

> Manage project document access permissions

  • Project Planning

> Ensure all project plans (Project Plan, WBS, Timeline) meet PMO standards

> Review and validate project planning before submission to PMO Lead

> Lead project kick-off sessions and plan socialization with stakeholders

  • Project Execution (Deployment)

> Review deployment requests for each project

> Ensure document quality, structure, and relevance to project context

> Provide feedback and improvement recommendations

  • Budget Monitoring & Cost Control

> Track budget estimates and actual costs in the budget logbook

> Analyze cost forecasting and manage budget risks

> Handle IT procurement requests

> Prepare monthly IT budget control reports

> Maintain proper filing of financial documents (invoices, PO, payments, etc.)

  • Vendor Performance Evaluation & Coordination

> Maintain vendor master data and documentation (contracts, NDA, evaluations)

> Monitor vendor contract periods and coordinate with procurement

> Follow up on vendor performance reviews with stakeholders

> Manage vendor payment processes

Requirements

> Minimum Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or other related field

> Minimum 5 years of IT program analyst, IT project management, or product management work experience in financial services company or IT consulting

> Fluency in speaking English

> A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills

> Certification in project management (e.g., PMP PRINCE2) is a plus
