IT Operations Support (Identity & Access Management)

About the Role:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple systems.
• Implement IAM policies and secure access control procedures.
• Monitor and audit user access for compliance with security policies.
• Develop and optimize role-based access control workflows.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits.
• Respond promptly to access-related incidents and security issues.
• Generate reports on access trends, compliance, and incidents.
• Analyze access data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen IAM practices.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shifts (early/late hours and public holidays).
• Good knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and basic productivity software (email, office tools).
• Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
• High sense of ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of organizational escalation processes and priorities.
• Able to independently resolve complex cases.
• HRIS, Directory Services, etc.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
• Email technologies and standards.
• Integration technologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Background in IT networking (LAN/WAN, firewall, switches, routers, wireless).
• Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Experience with data center/colocation management.
• Hands-on with Cisco/Aruba/Palo Alto/Ubiquiti/MikroTik.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, or JNCIA are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in IT Support/Ops or Network Engineering.
